The Intensive Course in Maternal-Fetal Ultrasound is characterized by defining the diagnostic improvement especially in the morphology of the fetus in the various gestational periods and the recognition of any malformations, especially cardiac and central nervous system, through the optimal use of ultrasound equipment, the detail of the use of ultrasound visualization plans and the recognition of the main markers of anomalies. The Italian guidelines are also compared with the international ones on the study of fetal anatomy and its alterations.
