Description:
This one-day course will focus on the imaging anatomy and pathology of the pharynx, paranasal sinuses and temporal bone with lectures from head and neck radiologists and ENT surgeons.

The course programme puts great emphasis on interactive learning, with interactive case based workshops to complement the main lecture themes.

Educational Aims:

• Simplify the imaging anatomy of the naso, oro, hypopharynx and larynx.
• Highlight radiology ‘ top tips’ when assessing pathology of the pharynx and larynx.
• To understand the anatomy of the paranasal sinuses and anterior skull base and how to differentiate inflammatory from malignant disease.
• Describe the imaging anatomy of the temporal bone and the different imaging options available for assessing pathology
• Demonstrate how to tailor sinus and temporal bone imaging reports to aide surgical management
