The Artificial Intelligence in Medicine Research Center at Cedars-Sinai will be holding their Second Annual Artificial Intelligence in Medicine Symposium, in partnership with the University Health Network, University of Toronto, ON, CA. The theme is Practical Approaches to Health AI Deployment. The overall goal is to provide state of the art education on this topic to an audience of health care providers and health system personnel. Faculty speakers and discussants from Cedars-Sinai, University of Toronto as well as other US and European academic institutions will provide this education, all of whom are health AI domain experts in diverse areas of applied AI, medicine and surgery.

Objectives

  • Explain the primary goals of health AI implementation within clinical settings.
  • Summarize key regulatory considerations relevant to health AI deployment.
  • Analyze the challenges and opportunities associated with integrating health AI into health systems.
  • Evaluate the processes involved in health AI approval and validation.
