Consortium of Multiple Sclerosis Centers (CMSC) 38th Annual Meeting

Accreditation Information:
In support of improving patient care, the Consortium of Multiple Sclerosis Centers (CMSC) is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.

Physicians (CME):
The CMSC designates this live activity for a maximum of 18.0 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM . Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Pharmacists (ACPE):
This knowledge-based activity (UAN JA4008165-0000-24-003-L01-P) qualifies for 16.5 contact hours (1.65 CEUs) of continuing pharmacy education credit.

Nurses (NCPD):
The CMSC designates this activity for a maximum of 18.0 nursing continuing professional development (NCPD) credits. Nurses should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

PAs (AAPA):
The Consortium of Multiple Sclerosis Centers has been authorized by the American Academy of PAs (AAPA) to award AAPA Category 1 CME credit for activities planned in accordance with AAPA CME Criteria. This activity is designated for 18.0 AAPA Category 1 CME credits. PAs should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation.

Occupational Therapists (AOTA):
The Consortium of Multiple Sclerosis Centers is an AOTA Approved Provider of professional development. This live activity is offered at 1.65 CEUs (16.5 contact hours), intermediate, OT Service Delivery, Professional Issues, and Foundational Knowledge. The assignment of AOTA CEUs does not imply endorsement of specific course content, products, or clinical procedures by AOTA

Psychologists (APA):
Continuing Education (CE) credits for psychologists are provided through the co-sponsorship of the American Psychological Association (APA) Office of Continuing Education in Psychology (CEP) and the CMSC. The CMSC maintains responsibility for the content of the program. The CMSC designates this activity for 16.5 CE credits.

Registered Dietitians (RD):
CDR Credentialed Practitioners will receive 15.25 Continuing Professional Education unit(s) (CPEU) for completion of this activity. Practitioners should only claim the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity

Social Workers (Through Aswb’s Ace Program) (ASWB):
As a Jointly Accredited Organization, the CMSC is approved to offer social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program. Organizations, not individual courses, are approved under this program. Regulatory boards are the final authority on courses accepted for continuing education credit. Social workers completing this course receive 16.5 ethics, clinical, cultural competence, or general continuing education credits.
