OVERVIEW

15th American Interventional Headache Society (AIHS) Workshop & 13th Headache Medicine Board Review Course is organized by American Interventional Headache Society (AIHS) and will be held from Oct 26 - 27, 2024 at Chicago, Illinois, United States of America.

The program includes hands-on / cadaver training in the following:

  • Head and Neck Blocks
  • Head and neck injections using landmarks
  • Ultrasound-guided diagnostic and therapeutic injections for peripheral branches of trigeminal nerve
  • Ultrasound-guided cervical nerve diagnostic and therapeutic blocks
  • Trigeminal ganglion diagnostic blocks and denervation
  • Sphenopalatine ganglion diagnostic blocks (percutaneous and other approaches), and radiofrequency ablation procedures
  • Cervical facet blocks (fluoroscopy and ultrasound-guided) and radiofrequency ablation procedures (fluoroscopy)
  • Atlantoaxial join (C1-C2) injections
  • Stellate ganglion block (ultrasound-guided)
  • Botulinum toxin injections for migraine and cervical dystonia (torticollis)
  • Diagnostic ultrasound for occipital nerve entrapment
  • IV infusions protocols for intractable headache.
