Description:
This case-based, interactive CME symposium brings regional and national cardiac experts together with learners to share knowledge and technical tips for patient-centered approaches to structural heart and valve disease interventions.

The agenda is focused on recent updates and advances in patient care, and will provide evidence-based solutions that cardiologists, surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and PAs can immediately put into practice. Participants will have opportunities to engage with the course faculty and colleagues to share ideas and knowledge to improve patient and program outcomes in a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

Learning Objectives:
Following the completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

• Discuss clinical and technical challenges and solutions in transcatheter aortic valve replacement therapies
• Identify types of mitral and tricuspid valve pathology, develop appropriate case planning and procedural solutions
• Discuss how to avoid and manage uncommon major complications of trans-catheter valve therapies
• Develop best clinical practice or model of care for pre, intra and post procedural care
• Discuss recent clinal trials and real-world data on recent advances in catheter-based valve therapies
• Design strategies to reduce procedural screening and wait time, procedural cost and peri-procedural complications
• Design model of care to improve in-hospital, short and long-term clinical outcomes
