OVERVIEW

The Hospitalist and Emergency Procedures Course is organized by Hospital Procedures Consultants (HPC) and will be held from Jan 28 - 29, 2023 at Bally's Las Vegas Hotel & Casino, Las Vegas, Nevada, United States of America.

Description:
All students will have access, via the internet, to all of the 19 didactic modules that make up our Hospitalist and Emergency Procedures course. These modules contain all of the lectures and videos that demonstrate the various procedures. You must complete all three modules before your scheduled hands-on skills lab session. As a result, you will be able to finish all of the didactic preparation for our course anywhere and at any time, and you will be able to revisit all of the lectures and full-length procedural videos as often as you would like for an entire year!

After you have finished the didactic modules, you will join us for a full day of simulation-based training in ALL of these different hospital procedures. This training will take place over 10 hours. This day of procedural training consists entirely of hands-on skills lab training. There are 6 INSTRUCTORS present (the student-to-instructor ratio is 6:1)! You will receive individualized, hands-on training in landmark-guided and ultrasound-guided central line placement, ultrasound-guided peripheral IV placement, intraosseous line placement, arterial line placement, vascular ultrasound, chest ultrasound, spine ultrasound, limited Echocardiography, E-FAST exams, RUSH exams, landmark-guided and ultrasound-guided thoracentesis, paracentesis, and lumbar puncture, needle decompression, chest tube placement, and pigtail catheter placement It is planned to conduct instruction on bedside ultrasound using paid ultrasound models.

The Hospitalist and Emergency Procedures Continuing Medical Education course we will be teaching at Bally's Las Vegas Hotel and Casino makes us very excited. If you register at least four weeks before the start of the course, you can take advantage of the fantastic group room rate that we have obtained, which is $159 per night.
