Description:
Including topics on Gestational Diabetes, Recurrent Pregnancy Loss, Hypertension, Sepsis, COVID-19, and much more...
Over four days, the 40th Annual Fall Conference on Obesity is being held. Our faculty of experts will discuss the latest evidence-based advances in obstetrics and new clinical data. You will also learn strategies and skills to implement these ideas into your practice. This educational activity will improve the performance and competence of all participants and your ability to work in a team for health care.
These conference topics were chosen based on the educational needs underlying identified gaps in professional practice. These gaps were derived from a variety of sources, including participant evaluations and results, Symposia Medicus survey, and medical and nursing data such as current clinical guidelines, research findings, and literature reviews.
The faculty at this didactic conference is outstanding. Each faculty member was selected based on their expertise and ability to communicate current, evidence-based, and practical information to participants.
The conference format includes lectures, question and answer sessions, case studies, and breakouts for small groups. Following a series of lectures, attendees will have the opportunity to ask challenging questions of faculty members about their care for patients in different obstetric situations.
Breakout sessions encourage interaction between participants and faculty members. These sessions allow for group discussion on relevant topics to your interests. This brochure lets you indicate the breakout session topics in your conference registration form. Space is limited, so please reserve your spot early.
