The Society of Neurological Surgeons (SNS) Annual Meeting 2021 is organized by The Society of Neurological Surgeons (SNS). This onsite medical conference and will be held from Oct 14 - 16, 2021 at JW Marriott Austin, Austin, Texas, United States of America.

Objectives:
At the conclusion of the SNS 2021 Annual Meeting, participants will be able to:
?• Evaluate challenges and opportunities to overcome threats to professionalism including unconscious bias, harassment, toxic culture, and deficient ethics.
?• Analyze strategies to promote prosperity of an academic medical center.
?• Implement strategies to improve resident selection and subsequently to promote effective performance evaluation and delivery of feedback.
?• Implement novel methods including digital medicine, health outcomes data, virtual reality, augmented reality and simulation to improve neurosurgical patient care and neurosurgical education.
