Conference Description:
Care of the cardiovascular patient is growing increasingly complex. Latest developments in cardiovascular imaging enhance diagnosis and treatment plans for patients. New MRI technology enables for testing of patients with implanted cardiac devices who before would not be tested due to potential damage or change in device.
Conference Objectives:
At the conclusion of this CME activity attendees should be able to:
• Define current developments and indications for echocardiographic and nuclear cardiovascular imaging;
• Examine the utility of advanced imaging in cardiac magnetic resonance and computed tomography;
• Extend skill-sets in multimodality imaging in applicable clinical settings.
