2020 Caring for the Human Spirit Conference is organized by HealthCare Chaplaincy Network™ (HCCN). The session is held from Apr 20 - 22, 2020 at Hilton Santa Fe Buffalo Thunder, Santa Fe, New Mexico, United States of America.
Targeted Audience
The target audience for this medical event is researchers, chaplains, nurses, social workers, physicians, patient experience officers, and others to apply and present on best practices, latest research, or other topics to a diverse audience of healthcare professionals. Proposals focused on spiritual interventions for promoting resilience and combating burnout are especially invited.
Conference Objectives
The session is a multidisciplinary conference, which can provide a transformative beneficial experience for nurses, social workers, chaplains, doctors, administrators, and other healthcare providers.
CME Credits
Continuing Education Units - Every attendee will receive a certification after the conference which is awarded by the spiritual care association.
Continuing Nursing Education Contact Hours - The credits are awarded by the Westberg institute which is approved as a provider for nursing continuing professional development by Tennessee nurse association. The session is accreditated by the American Nurses Credentialing centers commission on accreditation
Social Work Contact Hours - Awarded by the National Association of Social Workers. The session has been submitted for approval of NASW for 22 contact hours. Continuing education credits are available for either in person or webcast participants
Continuing Medical Education - The credits are awarded by the University of Alabama school of medicine division of continuing medical education. The session has been approved for up to 22CME's
