Course Description:
The 18th edition of the review course addresses all current topics in clinical cardiology. Some examples of the topics of this year's review course are news about the therapy of Aortic stenosis, mitral regurgitation, open oval foramen, and the new ESC lipid guidelines.

Again, the training is mainly based on everyday practical cases. The goal is still To provide you with an update on the major issues of clinical cardiology, and yours to be able to answer practical questions. We tried to schedule enough time to do that Treat topics interactively.

On Thursday, March 19, 2020 (lectures in German): Management of aortic stenosis, mitral regurgitation, Open foramen ovale, the ESC / EAS Dyslipidaemia guidelines 2019, personalized medicine, heart failure therapy and end-of-life discussions round off the day.
In addition, the practical 3D course in echocardiography takes place (by prior arrangement).

On Friday, March 20, 2020 (lectures mostly in English): imaging for arrhythmias, ablation of ventricular extrasystoles, exciting patient vignettes with congenital vitamins, the «singing» Heart, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, malignant mitral valve prolapse syndrome and, as a day highlight from Friday, various aspects of endocarditis.
