This year marks the 13th anniversary of a workshop for young doctors studying women's tumors. In addition to the role of a forum for young doctors to present their research and clinical experiences directly, the workshop has also hosted the 2nd session of the Division this year, with the implementation of the subcommittee system last year, adding to the role of a training course for young doctors who are about to be tested to deliver the knowledge and experience they need to know. Recently, the field of gynecology and clinical care has changed dramatically, and new content and methods have been pouring in from day to day. Young doctors who will lead the field of future gynecology can't overemphasize that they can't be lazy, especially in their knowledge of these latest findings. To meet this need, we have prepared a program for this workshop.

KSGO prepared ABC of the medical statistics necessary to support the use of big data and open genetic data of the Health Insurance Corporation, which is well aware of the substance but was not readily available for research within the company, as a lecture in the information technology session. Session2 is designed with the latest insights in the field of care. There are lectures on the latest findings of gynecological cancer surgery and other essentials in front-line care. Professor Song Ho-young (Ulsan University's Videos Department) is here to talk about writing an English essay that everyone finds difficult through a special lecture based on his experience. The young doctors' form, which will be followed by the last six young doctors, looks forward to hearing what interesting things will be announced.

I look forward to seeing this young doctor's workshop and the training course for the division of the department establish itself as a 'meeting where many questions I've been curious about but never asked anyone.' As we have prepared the contents of the book, we ask for the active attention and participation of many young female doctors.
