The 24th Clinical Ultrasound 2019 is organized by Educational Symposia (ESI) and will be held from Apr 11 - 13, 2019 at Loews Portofino Bay, Orlando, Florida, United States of America.

The target audience for this medical event is diagnostic imaging physicians, ob-gyn physicians, vascular surgeons, and referring physicians who utilize ultrasound to evaluate the clinical status of their patients. The symposium should also be valuable for sonographers who perform these procedures.

Course Description :
This symposium is structured as a practical, clinically focused review of diagnostic ultrasound featuring urgent scanning procedures and techniques. A mix of ob-gyn, abdominal, and vascular lectures provide a well-rounded review of clinical imaging techniques. A variety of topics are included so registrants can expand their clinical practices. Tips, protocols, and pitfalls provide balance to the program. Faculty have been selected for their teaching ability, as well as for their expertise.

Meeting Accreditation:
Physicians: Educational Symposia is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
 
Educational Symposia designates this live activity for a maximum of 16.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™.  Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Self-Assessment Modules (SAMs): Educational Symposia has been granted Deemed Status by the American Board of Radiology (ABR). this allows Educational Symposia to develop and implement SAMs that satisfy ABR Part II MOC requirements.

Educational Objectives:
• Optimize clinical protocols for evaluating the vascular system.
• Discuss the advantages and pitfalls of contrast enhanced ultrasound.
• Utilize ultrasound to assess patients with abdominal and pelvic disorders.
• Demonstrate an increased knowledge into the applications of breast, pediatric and OB/GYN scanning procedures.
• Assess emergency department patients using modern scanning techniques.
• Apply modern imaging techniques to clinical practice.

No special educational preparation is required for this CME activity.
