Patient Centered Meeting (PCM) on Diabetes, Dyslipidemia and Hypertension

Patient Centered Meeting (PCM) on Diabetes, Dyslipidemia and Hypertension is organized by Paragon Group and will be held from Oct 31 - Nov 03, 2019 at Imperial Riding School Renaissance Vienna Hotel, Vienna, Wien, Austria.

The target audience for this medical event is General Internists, Diabetologists, lipidologists, Nephrologists, Cardiologists, Neurologists, Vascular Surgeons, Clinical researchers, Specialists managing patients with increased CVD risk - eg HIV, rheumatoid arthritis etc., Primary care physicians (GP's), Pharmacists.

Course Objectives:
After participating in this educational event, and within the framework of diabetes, hypertension and lipid management, participants should be able to:

We are launching a new type of clinical conference - a Patient Centered Meeting (PCM), a patient centered approach that would take the target audience from guidelines toward personalized medicine. The first will focus on diabetes, hypertension and dyslipidemia. Our aim is to empower clinicians managing patients with these major risk factors.
