Glycobiology Gordon Research Seminar (GRS) is organized by Gordon Research Conferences (GRC) and will be held from Mar 09 - 10, 2019 at Renaissance Tuscany Il Ciocco Resort & Spa, Lucca, Tuscany, Italy.

Conference Description:
The Gordon Research Seminar on Glycobiology is a unique forum for graduate students, post-docs, and other scientists with comparable levels of experience and education to present and exchange new data and cutting edge ideas.

The aim of this meeting is to present and discuss recent insights into all aspects of the synthesis, structure and function of glycans, as well as their roles in development, physiology, immunology and genetic or infectious disease. Topics will encompass the tasks of glycans in communication and interaction between cells and their surroundings in healthy and diseased states, but also novel methods, technologies, models and applications. A mentoring session will conclude the meeting.
