Description:
The Florida Society of Clinical Oncology is hosting a 2 day meeting designed for medical oncologists, hematologists, radiation oncologists, surgical oncology, pathologists, oncology nurses, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, physician assistants, oncology administrators, residents, and fellows that manage heath care for cancer patients. This conference will provide an emphasis on multidisciplinary collaboration among all professional health care teams with dynamic educational tracks that focus on specific driven topics addressing the current and future changes in the landscape of cancer care.

The 2019 Fall meeting will center on the multi-disciplinary presentations and case studies in Colon Cancer and Multiple Myeloma which will include the collaboration of top clinicians. Additional sessions include information on hot topics in advance provider practitioners, pharmacy, and administration.

Goal:
The goal of this conference is to continue to develop a comprehensive range of programs that emphasize the latest developments, state-of-the-art information and enhanced educational strategies for the inter-professional team.

Outcome Measures:
Participants should be able to apply the knowledge acquired during this conference to improve their competence, performance, and/or patient outcomes in the daily treatment of their patients. To measure attendees perceptions of these gains, they will complete an evaluation form at the end of the conference.
