California Society of Anesthesiologists (CSA) 2019 Annual Meeting is organized by California Society of Anesthesiologists (CSA) and will be held from Mar 07 - 10, 2019 at Paradise Point Resort & Spa, San Diego, California, United States of America.
The target audience for this medical event is physician anesthesiologists, fellows, residents and other healthcare providers. Topics provide updates on the latest clinical information in anesthesiology and its subspecialties, including, but not limited to pain medicine, regional anesthesia, perioperative care, obstetric anesthesia, pediatric anesthesia and critical care. This CME Conference has been approved for a maximum of 23.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™.
Mission:
The mission of the Educational Programs Division of the California Society of Anesthesiologists is to provide relevant, timely, high quality education to anesthesia professionals in California and from all over the world. This, in turn, allows the learners to deliver high quality patient care. We deliver this education using a variety of platforms, including didactic lectures, journal articles, Internet courses and hands-on workshops.

The End of This Activity, Participants Will Be Able to:
• BETTER DEMONSTRATE how to reshape a pain delivery model
• APPLY INNOVATION in local anesthetic drugs, recognize the opioid crisis and its impact on children and adolescents
• RECOGNIZE HOW to better manage an opioid tolerant patent
• ARTICULATE AN IMPROVED understanding of cardiovascular assessment and monitoring
• IDENTIFY THE SKILL SETS needed for basic geometrical anesthesia regional technique; understanding the various drugs that can be used as it relates to their pharmacology, postoperative pain management and the associated complications and their prevention.
• IDENTIFY THE RISK FACTORS related to diagnosis and treatment of sepsis and its associated blood coagulation disorders.
• ENGAGE THE HOSPITAL LEADERSHIP with new found knowledge of leadership skills and understanding the barriers that exists for efficient and excellent health care.
