American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) American Head and Neck Society (AHNS) Head and Neck Cancer Conference: Optimizing Survival and Quality of Life through Basic, Clinical, and Translational Research is organized by American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) and will be held from Apr 29 - 30, 2019 at Sheraton Austin Hotel at the Capitol, Austin, Texas, United States of America. This Conference has been approved for a maximum of 11.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. 

Course Description :
Leaders in the field will present their latest research and provide critical updates on head and neck cancer biology, novel targets, biomarkers, immunology, immunotherapy, tumor microenvironment, response/resistance to therapy, and more. This program will feature outstanding talks and posters, providing a platform for discussion and interactions that will advance head and neck oncology research and fuel clinical impact for patients.

Course Objectives:
After participating in this CME activity, physicians should be able to:
• Assess the latest advances in head and neck cancer biology and therapy.
• Identify new areas for collaborative study among head and neck cancer surgeons, clinicians, radiation oncologists, and basic researchers.
• Articulate the scientific challenges and unique investigative opportunities in the fields investigating head and neck cancers.
