9th American Interventional Headache Society (AIHS) Workshop & 7th Board Review Lectures is organized by American Interventional Headache Society (AIHS) and will be held from May 18 - 19, 2019 at Northwestern Center for Advanced Surgical Education (N-CASE), Chicago, Illinois, United States of America. This Conference has been approved for a maximum of 13.0 CME credit hours.
Workshop Program Summary:
The program includes board review course lectures as well as hands-on / cadaver training in the following:
• Head and neck blocks
• Trigeminal and sphenopalatine ganglion blocks and RFA
• Cervical facet blocks and RFA (fluoroscopy and ultrasound guided)
• Atlantoaxial joint (C1-C2) injection
• Stellate ganglion block ( ultrasound guided)
• Ultrasound guided TMJ injections
• Botox injections for migraine, cervical dystonia and torticollis
• Diagnostic ultrasound for occipital nerve entrapment
• IV infusions protocols for headache
