31st Annual Fall Foliage Cancer Conference is organized by Community Cancer Education (CCE), Inc. and will be held from Oct 25 - 26, 2019 at The Omni Grove Park Inn, Asheville, North Carolina, United States of America.

Statement of Need and Target Audience:
A faculty of physicians, distinguished as teachers and oncologists, will share their knowledge and experience with attendees at this two-day seminar. The course is designed to Physicians (Radiation Oncology, Medical Oncology, Internal Medicine, GYN Oncology and Breast Surgery), Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, Radiation Therapy Technologists, and all other interested healthcare professionals.

Accreditation:
Carolinas HealthCare System/Charlotte AHEC designates this live activity for a maximum of 12.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity

ASRT:
Approved for 7.0 credits on Friday and 7.0 credits on Saturday. No partial credit awarded, you must attend all day for credit.

This two day symposium is designed to give the practicing physician and allied health professionals a review of current treatment management of breast cancer. Physicians, distinguished as teachers and oncologists, will share their knowledge and experience. Learner Objectives:
At the conclusion of the activity, participants should be better able to:

• Discuss the risks of thromboembolic disease in the treatment of cancer.
• Identify recent advancements in the treatment of HER2 directed therapy for breast cancer.
• Compare standard radiation versus hypofractionated radiation for breast cancer.
• Define recent developments in oncoplastic breast cancer surgery.
• Describe the current and future use of Biosimilars in breast cancer therapies.
• Discuss updates in endocrine testing for the breast cancer patient.
• Explain updates in therapy for advanced ER+ HER2 Negative breast cancer.
• Review updates in surgical care for the DCIS low grade surgical patient.
• Evaluate post-operative radiation therapy to the axilla and chest wall.
• Discuss the advances in new targets for treatment of triple negative breast cancer.
• Evaluate diet and exercise data shown to increase length of life for the breast cancer survivor.
