Sixth Annual Scripps Cancer Care Symposium: A Nursing & Advanced Practice Provider Collaboration is organized by Scripps Health and will be held from Sep 28 - 29, 2018 at Hilton San Diego Resort & Spa, San Diego, California, United States of America. This CME Conference has been approved for a maximum of 15 contact hours.

Conference Description:
The Scripps Cancer Care Symposium is designed for nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, clinical nurse specialists, and other health care professionals dedicated to the field of hematology/oncology who practice in settings across the continuum of care. During this two day conference, attendees will benefit from an intimate learning environment in which renowned faculty will present the latest in evidence-based oncology care. Participants will return to practice armed with practical strategies and tools to assist in improving quality of life and outcomes for their cancer patients as well as patients’ family members.

Expert faculty will cover a wide range of topics affecting practice including sexual health and fertility, new therapies, side effect management, complementary and integrative approaches to treatment, developing successful oncology nurse navigator programs, genomics, survivorship issues, and more.

Conference Objectives are:
• Evaluate current issues and trends in cancer care.
