International Society of Nephrology (ISN) Frontiers Symposium is organized by International Society of Nephrology (ISN) and will be held during Feb 22 - 25, 2018 at Keio Plaza Hotel, Shinjuku, Tokyo, Japan.
This course will serve as a review and update on Kidney Disease and Cardiovascular Disease. It is open to medical doctors, nurses, clinical engineering technologists, pharmacists and registered dietitians.
Cardiovascular Disease:
Cardiovascular disease (CVD) kills eight out of every 10 patients with early acute and chronic kidney disease (CKD) well before end-stage kidney failure. On the other hand, acute kidney injury (AKI) is one dire consequence of CVD, and in turn predisposes to future CKD and CVD. Thus, the global nephrology and cardiology communities must collaborate to better understand the interaction between kidney disease and CVD to manage patients with kidney and cardiac-related complications.
Additional Details will be posted as soon as they are available
