Conference Description :
We are challenged everyday by the increasing number of high risk conditions in our antepartum and intrapartum environments. If you want to expand your critical thinking and independent decision-making skills, increase your confidence in caring for this unique population, and/or need up to date content to prepare for the Inpatient Certification exam, this class is for YOU! If your hospital is preparing for Perinatal Care Certification this is an incredible opportunity to send staff to meet the program requirements.

Rebecca Cypher, MSN, PNNP has used her extensive experience in Antepartum Care to develop a two-day seminar addressing these issues. The course includes evidence based clinical guidelines, thorough review of pregnancy complications with the goal of improved maternal-fetal and neonatal outcomes.

High risk obstetrical care is a rapidly evolving specialty. The increasing complexity of high risk pregnancies, complicated maternal co-morbidities, advancing technologies that make the fetus more accessible, and expanding treatment options make this exclusive seminar a must attend event. Regardless of clinical experience, novice and experts alike, this two-day seminar is designed for clinicians that are interested in expanding or updating their clinical knowledge base in outpatient and inpatient high risk obstetric care.

Our speaker will delve into a comprehensive overview of obstetric care using credible, peer-reviewed research and current evidence based clinical guidelines. Authentic case studies will illustrate key concepts covering the most challenging antepartum patients.
