Emergency Trauma Management (ETM) Course (Oct 19 - 21, 2018)

Emergency Trauma Management (ETM) Course is organized by Emergency Trauma Management (ETM) and will be held from Oct 19 - 21, 2018 at UNSW CBD Campus, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. This CME Conference has been approved for a maximum of 40 Category 1 CPD points.

The target audience for this medical event is only for doctors, and is targeted at Australian and New Zealand Senior Emergency Registrars and Consultants, however a wide range of specialities have attended and are welcome at the course, including:

• Rural GP’s
• Anaesthetic trainees
• ICU trainees
• Surgical trainees
• Trauma Registrars (adult and paediatric)

ETM: The first Emergency-focused Trauma Course:
Launched in November 2013, the ETM Course brings a fresh approach to the teaching of trauma management in the Emergency Department. Features of the 3-day face-to-face course:

• Specifically designed to meet the needs of Australasian Emergency Medicine practitioners
• Accredited for 21.5 CPD points with the Australasian College for Emergency Medicine.

• Accredited for 40 Category 1 CPD points with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (click here for details).

• Course sessions include:
• Simulation
• Skills Workshops
• Small group interactive sessions
• Minimal lecture content
• Expert instructors with first hand Emergency Department trauma experience
• This course will set a new standard for medical short courses, and will be the definitive trauma course for Emergency Registrars, FACEMs, Rural GP’s as well as Intensive Care, Anaesthetic and Surgical trainees.

Run over 3 full days course sessions will include:
