CAPC National Seminar 2018: Practical Tools for Making Change is organized by Center to Advance Palliative Care (CAPC) and will be held from Nov 08 - 10, 2018 at Rosen Centre Hotel, Orlando, Florida, United States of America.

The target audience for this medical event is all health professionals-who are from provider organizations, ACOs, and payers–focused on designing and improving palliative care services for seriously ill patients. Program managers, palliative care teams, and administrators from all disciplines and all care settings will find practical tools, innovative models, and a wealth of networking opportunities.
