Austrian Society for Hematology and Medical Oncology (OeGHO) and Working Group on Haematological and Oncological Caregivers (AHOP) Spring Meeting is organized by Austrian Society for Hematology and Medical Oncology / Osterreichische Gesellschaft fur Hamatologie and Medizinische Onkologie (OeGHO), Working Group on Haematological and Oncological Caregivers in Austria / Arbeitsgemeinschaft hamatologischer und onkologischer Pflegepersonen in Osterreich (AHOP) and will be held during Apr 19 - 21, 2018 at Congress Center Villach, Villach, Karnten, Austria.
The Spring Meeting will provide you with comprehensive information on current developments in the entire field of hematology and medical oncology in the form of lectures, symposia and discussions. In addition to all the successes that could be achieved for the benefit of our patients, we as medical professionals are confronted with a high level of expectation - patients and their relatives want the "best" therapy, hospital owners demand the most economically efficient therapy. On the other hand, we must also explore the limits of a possible therapy, we are required in the psychosocial physician-patient interaction.
Naturally, hematology and oncology, as a living subject, need committed young people to be prepared for the manifold challenges of the future. In this sense, the Spring Conference tries to inspire young people for the immensely dynamic field of our subject and offers a specially designed program path.
