AOCMF Basic Course - Treatment of Facial Fractures for Young Surgeons is organized by AO Foundation and will be held during May 27 - 29, 2018 at Lyon, Auvergne-Rhone-Alpes, France. The target audience for this medical event is CMF musculoskeletal oncologists, Oral and maxillofacial surgeons.

Course Description:
The subjects of the course will be taught in three ways. Presentations and practical work will demonstrate the application of WA principles to the management of common injuries. Video demonstrations will be used to complete the practical exercises. Discussions will take place throughout to link the course material to the practical skills.

Conference objectives are:
• Establish a precise diagnosis of the trauma after completing the examination, clinical examination and complementary examinations
• Formulate a treatment plan (functional and surgical)
• Perform specific and adequate treatment of facial trauma
• Adapt treatment plan if necessary
• Prescribing and monitoring follow-up and rehabilitation
• Identify and manage complications
