41st Annual Postgraduate Medicine Course: The Columbia Renal Biopsy Course is organized by Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons and will be held from Jul 11 - 14, 2018 at Hammer Health Sciences Building - Columbia University Irving Medical Center, New York, United States of America.
The target audience for this medical event is designed for pathologists, nephrologists, internists and other physicians interested in both a systematic review and an update on advances in diagnostic problems in medical renal diseases. This CME Conference has been approved for a maximum of 28.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits.
The course should be of special interest to physicians who are preparing for their specialty Board Examinations in Pathology and Clinical Nephrology.
At the conclusion of the course, participants should be able to better understand the pathophysiology and clinical aspects of the major parenchymal diseases of the kidney, with emphasis on clinical-pathologic correlations and the role of renal biopsy.
The format includes lectures, question-and-answer sessions and the study of case problems. A limited/optional Renal Pathology Laboratory exercise is available on Saturday after the conclusion of the formal lectures.
