24th Annual Breast Imaging Review Course is organized by North Carolina Radiological Society and will be held during Jan 19 - 21, 2018 at Renaissance Charlotte Suites Hotel, Charlotte, North Carolina, United States of America. This CME Conference has been approved for a maximum of 16.00 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits.

Course Description:
It is the intent of the North Carolina Chapter of the ACR to provide practicing radiologists and other healthcare professionals involved in the diagnosis and treatment of breast diseases with a review to identify current and emerging concepts in breast imaging with an emphasis on practical approaches to both common and uncommon breast diseases; to emphasize the importance of interdisciplinary approaches in the care of breast cancer patients; to identify common malignant breast lesions, unusual breast lesions, principles of imaging-guided breast biopsy, and radiologic-pathologic correlation; to apply the most recent ACR BI-RADS(R) Atlas principles of breast composition, primary and secondary features to the interpretation of breast imaging examinations; and, to detail rigorous technique and interpretation standards across all breast imaging modalities, namely digital mammography, digital breast tomosynthesis, breast ultrasound, and magnetic resonance (MR).
