2018 AAPM Summer School Meeting - Image Guidance in Radiation Therapy: Techniques, Accuracy and Limitations is organized by American Association of Physicists in Medicine (AAPM) and will be held during Jul 26 - 28, 2018 at Terrace Place Garage, Nashville, Tennessee, United States of America.
Objectives:
• To learn about current state-of-the-art image guidance modalities and techniques used in radiotherapy
• To understand the role of image guidance and its limitations in radiotherapy
• To learn about the imaging dose to patients resulting from different modalities and procedures
• To obtain guidance in managing and accounting for imaging dose to patients
• To review available techniques for minimizing the imaging dose to patients
