15th Annual Neonatal Nursing Symposium

15th Annual Neonatal Nursing Symposium is organized by Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) and will be held on May 17, 2018 at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States of America.

Conference Description:
This one-day program will provide neonatal nurses with the most up-to-date information on a variety of complex physiological and developmental neonatal issues. Research and technology are consistently expanding, and this program will review some of the latest therapies used in the treatment of the sick neonate.

Conference Objectives:
• Discuss the current state of Zika virus and the neonate
• Recognize the need for non-pharmacological pain intervention in the NICU
• Discuss the potential implications for using donated human milk for neonatal hypoglycemia
• List indications for surgery for infants with congenital Hyperinsulinism
