OVERVIEW

49th Annual Meeting of Western Neuroradiological Society (WNRS) is organized by Western Neuroradiological Society (WNRS) and would be held during Oct 25 - 28, 2017 at Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort and Spa, Koloa, Hawaii, United States of America. This cme conference has been approved with a maximum of 18.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits.

The target audience for this medical event for the neuroradiologist and radiologist in academic or private practice, physicians in a neurologically-related specialty, physicians intraining or post-graduate training in a radiology-related specialty, aswell as physicians interested in brain, head and neck, and spine-relatedimaging and interventional techniques.

Course Description:
The WNRS Annual Meeting is designed to introduce clinically relevantadvances in Neuroradiology and provide in-depth review of topicswithin Neuroradiology. The meeting will feature Focus Sessions inHead and Neck, Advanced Brain Imaging, New Approaches to SpineImaging, Interventional Neuroradiology, Pediatric Neuroradiology, aswell as more General Medical Knowledge as it relates to Neuroimaging.

Conference Objectives are : Upon completion of this meeting the following goals and objectives will have been met: • Become familiar with advanced brain imaging techniques such as: grading of brain neoplasms, use of molecular markers, diffusion imaging, spectroscopy, and perfusion imaging, use of imaging in the diagnosis of traumatic brain injury, and understanding the effect of Gadolinium deposition in the brain.
• Understand pathology of the head and neck, including HPV-related cancers, imaging issues regarding cancer staging, and challenging diagnoses in head and neck imaging.
•Learn about novel imaging techniques and treatment options in spinal imaging and intervention.
•Explore state-of-the-art and new methods in neurointerventional focus session.
•Review commonly overlooked findings in pediatric imaging during the pediatric neuroradiology focus session.
•Understand current concepts and new technology for brain and spineneurointerventional procedures.
•Obtain additional general medical knowledge including accelerated imaging techniques, healthcare reform, quality enhancement, noninterpretative skills, medical education, and the art and science of persuasion.
•Become introduced to new methodologies to add value to yourpractice, such as medical 3D printing and visualization
