Physician and Clinical Integration Summit is organized by University of Vermont Continuing Medical Education and would be held during Oct 14-15, 2017 at Hilton Burlington, Burlington, Vermont, United States Of America.
The target audience for this medical event for UVM Health Network Medical Group Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers and administrators, UVM Health Network leaders, Independent physicians and health care leaders in Vermont and Northern New York. This course will serve as a review and update on problems to solve - and endless opportunities to explore creative solutions. This effort requires the unique strengths and talents of all our people, working together. Building connections will help us provide services that result in healthier, happier communities both inside and outside our walls.
