The First Middle East Cardiac Anesthesia Update will take place on November 10-11, 2017 at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi. The conference will present updates on evidence-based approach to managing anesthesia for cardiac surgical patients. The event will feature discussions on hematologic problems in cardiac surgery, organ protection during cardiopulmonary bypass, current status of circulatory assist devices, echocardiography, newer percutaneous valve interventions, as well as outcomes after cardiac surgery.

The two-day conference will gather experts from the US, Europe and the region to facilitate lectures and discussions on a range of topics including: echocardiography; organ protection in cardiac surgery; outcomes in cardiac surgery; emerging technology; and hematology in cardiac surgery. The target attendees are cardiac anesthesiologists, cardiac surgeons, intensivists, perfusionists, and nurses.
