OVERVIEW
College of Intensive Care Medicine (CICM) Annual Scientific Meeting is organized by College of Intensive Care Medicine (CICM) and would be held during May 26 - 28, 2017 at Sydney Lyric, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.
Our international and national guest speakers will address a broad range of themes relevant to the gut, from abdominal trauma and imaging of the abdomen to challenging areas such as gut microbiology.
A balance will be provided between surgical and medical themes, and areas of controversy and recent research. These include the role of procedures for upper GI, liver and pancreatic conditions, nutrition and stress ulcer prophylaxis, intra-abdominal hypertension, the gut microbiome and the failing liver.
