5th Annual One Spine Masters Course is organized by Seattle Science Foundation (SSF) and would be held on Jun 24, 2017 at Seattle Science Foundation, Seattle, Washington, United States of America.
The target audience for this medical event for orthopaedic surgeons and neurosurgeons. This CME Conference has been approved with a maximum of 9.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits.
Course Description:
This ONE Spine advanced training course is held for attending orthopaedic and neurosurgeons who treat patients with spinal conditions. Nationally recognized speakers will focus on provocative topics and in-depth debates. They will also provide hands-on workshops in state-of-the-art lab facilities. The design is to focus on the surgical treatment of current issues in the eld, as well as provide opportunities to practice new surgical advances and techniques in the hands-on cadaver lab.

By attending this course, the participant will provide better patient care through an increased ability to:
• Apply considerations for intradural spinal tumors and methods of complication avoidance
• Demonstrate the principles of spinal navigation and understand when to use navigation
• Recognize common fractures and appropriate fixation
• Recognize spine trauma considerations in the thoracolumbar spine including three column spine principles
• Use the principles of deformity surgery
• Identify the three dimensions of the spine
• Perform surgical techniques for adult deformity surgery
