17th Annual Emergency Radiology Symposium is organized by Baptist Health South Florida and would be held during Nov 05 - 08, 2017 at The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach, Miami Beach, Florida, United States Of America.

The target audience for this medical event for Radiologists, Emergency Radiologists, Nurses, This CME Conference has been approved with a maximum of 18.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits.

Conference Objectives are :

• Implement the most appropriate imaging technologies and techniques such as CT, Ultrasound and MRI to allow prompt assessment of the acutely ill or injured patient presenting to the emergency department.
• Detect important cardiac findings and recognize cardiac pathology and anatomy relevant to emergency department imaging.
• Determine which pancreatic incidental lesions need further work up.
• Detect subtle bony fractures in children and infants and how they differ from adult traumatic lesions.
• Cite the evidence and management recommendations for evaluation and treatment of adults with acute ischemic stroke.
• Recognize common non-traumatic emergencies of the head and neck and examine unusual head injuries utilizing CT and MRI.
• Detect the location of a fracture utilizing imaging tests to determine whether the injury has damaged surrounding pelvic soft-tissue and bone.
• Recognize the anatomy that is pertinent to the natural routes of diseases spread from the space of Retzius.
