13th Annual Summer Conference on Emergency Medicine is organized by Symposia Medicus and would be held during Jul 20 - 22, 2017 at Fairmont San Francisco, San Francisco, California, United States of America. The target audience for this medical event is basically for Pediatric and Emergency physicians, nurse practitioners, PAs, nurses, and other healthcare professionals involved in the clinical care of children. This CME conference has been approved with 18 credits.

Our 13th Annual Summer Conference on Emergency Medicine is designed to provide emergency physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, PAs, as well as out-of-hospital providers, with state-of-the-art information on a wide variety of topics in emergency medicine. The goal of this conference is to increase knowledge and enhance the competence of attendees. Emphasis will be placed on practical application of the evidence-based topics presented.Conference format will include didactic lectures, smaller group breakout and interactive sessions, case studies, and question and answer sessions.

• Gain updates in the early recognition of coronary artery ischemia, management of congestive heart failure, and post cardiac arrest care
• Update your pain management skills with a particular focus on non-opioid strategies and how to deal with the opioid addicted patient
• Update your understanding of soft tissue infections and associated emerging bacterial trends
• Recognize the pitfalls in the diagnostic evaluation of elderly patientswith abdominal pain
•Review critical presentations of patients with pregnancy-related emergencies, including establishing an approach to emergency delivery in acute care settings
