- Appreciate medical and surgical methods for treating abnornal bleeding
- develop an efficient, cost-effective algorithm for diagnosing primary and secondary amenorrhea
- appreciate the burden of HPV disease, and strategies for screening and prevention
- Understand the physiology of the menopause, and the current status of hormone and non-hormonal therapy.
- As the first lecture of the week, this sets the stage for review of scientific evidence in an objective manner
- Understand the myths and realities regarding contraceptive methods, including LARCs
