The target audience for this medical event are basically for practicing endocrinologists, surgeons, pathologists, internists, oncologists, gynecologists, obstetricians, otolaryngologists, as well as primary care and nuclear medicine physicians, radiologists, radiation oncologists, residents, fellows, nurse practitioners, physicians assistants, nurses and healthcare professionals with an interest in patients with thyroid disorders. This medical conference aims toaims to clarify the important issues surrounding the diagnosis and management of these common thyroid disorders.

Objectives :
• Evaluate and compare the available molecular tests for thyroid nodules to determine which patients require thyroid surgery and which patients can be monitored.
• Incorporate an interdisciplinary approach to the diagnosis and management of patients with thyroid disease.
• Utilize the new recommendations outlined in the updated American Thyroid Associations (ATA) guidelines for the treatment of patients with thyroid cancer.
• Utilize ATA recommendations to aid the diagnosis and treatment of hypothyroidism.
• Evaluate and select newly approved targeted oral chemotherapy agents, including TKIs, for the treatment of locally advanced or metastatic thyroid cancer refractory to radioiodine therapy.
