The 8th Philadelphia Prenatal Conference is organized by Philadelphia Pregnancy, Ultrasound and Genetics Center and would be held during May 5 - 7, 2016 at Hilton Philadelphia at Penn's Landing, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States of America.
The targeted audicence for this medical event basically for Obstetricians & Gynecologists, MFM Specialists, Radiologists & any interested physicians, Residents, Fellows, Nurses, Midwives, Genetic Counselors, Ultrasonographers, Pediatrics Cardiologists and all professionals who care for women.
This three-day conference is aimed at improving health care for women by concentrating on different areas to include: Two days focusing on Obstetrics & Maternal-Fetal Medicine & Three days focusing on Prenatal Diagnosis – Prenatal Ultrasound & Prenatal Genetics.
Updates on current screening and testing recommendations as well as cutting edge
technology and research will be presented. We will discuss management of common obstetrics and medical complications of pregnancy and the advance fields of prenatal diagnosis in prenatal genetic & ultrasound. We will also have a comprehensive Labor & Delivery Safety, Preterm labor, LGBT. Rh- NIPT and NIPS sessions, to be presented & taught by leading experts in the field.
Educational Objectives:
1. Summarize expert management of medical and obstetrics complications and labor & delivery management.
2. Outline basic genetic concepts and prenatal management care in obstetrician offices.
3. Incorporate new techniques of prenatal diagnosis and screening by molecular testing and by ultrasound.
4. Demonstrate improved knowledge on techniques of prenatal ultrasound, fetal MRI & fetal ECHO.
