Psychosocial Care Integration in Inflammatory Bowel Disease and Chronic Illness Management (Feb 25 - 26, 2016)

The IBD Support Foundation’s (IBDSF's) Psychosocial Care Integration into Inflammatory Bowel Disease and Chronic Disease Management Conference will open with IBDSF's Annual Evening of Inspiration, where we will be celebrating IBDSF’s launch of the second decade of psychosocial care to IBD patients and their families. The keynote speaker for the Evening of Inspiration will be Dr. John Allen, MD, MBA and the evening will highlight the outcomes of early psychosocial intervention with IBD patients who have participated in IBDSF programs and services over the past decade. The conference will continue all day on Friday, Feb. 26, when national experts on psychosocial care integration and healthcare reform will present a practical and informative program.
