Otolaryngology : A Comprehensive Review for Primary Care and Emergency Care Providers 2016

Each talk will focus on pathophysiology, differential diagnosis, and management, in adults and children (when applicable). Emergent treatment of certain disorders (i.e., Epistaxis, airway obstruction, neck abscesses, etc.) will be emphasized, including clinical pearls in the diagnosis and management, for emergency room providers. Emphasis will be on their diagnosis and emergency management, potential complications, indications for referral to an ENT specialist, and a brief description of the surgical or medical treatment options available to the patients from an ENT perspective.
