GFAC was established in Cleveland, Ohio, USA in 2015 with individual and society partners throughout the USA, UK, Europe and the Asia-Pacific rim. GFAC is a subsidiary of the Northern Ohio Foot and Ankle (NOFA) Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to continuing education and research.
