The Infectious Disease Association of California (IDAC) presents back-to-back infectious disease symposia to serve our Northern California membership, March 4-5, 2016. This year’s event takes place at the Doubletree Hotel in Berkeley, CA.

On Friday, IDAC brings our Practical Antimicrobial Stewardship symposium, in association with the California Department of Public Health, to the Bay Area. This one-day program provides a basic understanding for implementing and expanding Antimicrobial Stewardship programs within health care facilities, with a particular emphasis on long-term and skilled nursing settings.

On Saturday, IDAC presents our 4th annual Northern California Winter Sympo-sium. This programs mixes the discussion of clinical infectious disease topics and the chance to network with other medical professionals from the infec-tious disease community in Northern California.
