OVERVIEW
Nurse Clinics 2015 will provide specialist nurses with a valuable opportunity to hear national updates and best practice for working at advanced practice, and setting up and running nurse led clinics and services in primary and secondary care across a number of specialities.
Jackie Smith Chief Executive from the Nursing and Midwifery Council will deliver the opening address and will give an update on the New NMC Code, nursing revalidation and advanced practice. The conference will continue and look at how to demonstrate the value of your clinic or service, and how to continuously measure, monitor and benchmark the impact on patient experience and outcomes, in line with the drive for quality improvement in the NHS reflected by the Francis Inquiry and the CNOs Strategy for Nursing including the 6 C’s.
