9th meeting offers a dynamic range of topics in hemostasis and thrombosis in both pediatrics and adult medicine. The Committee carefully reviewed past meeting evaluations, choosing session topics and formats to best fit the needs and requests of our diverse audience of residents and fellows; junior faculty members and well established coagulationists; hematologists, general internists, cardiologists, and pulmonologists; hemophilia and thrombosis nurses, representatives from industry, and all professionals caring for patients with disorders of bleeding and thrombosis. New for this meeting will be the opportunity for our pharmacist colleagues to earn continuing education credits.
