Health care providers selected to serve as leaders of their respective practice settings may not have possess the skills necessary to assume their positions. This course is designed to provide current and future leaders in hospital departments, managed care organizations, or private practice settings with the critical performance improvement and management tools necessary to meet the myriad responsibilities and challenges confronting them.
