OVERVIEW
This 17 hour cervical procedures course has been developed using a systematic
evidence-based approach and is designed to address professional practice
gaps. ISIS courses are highly structured and utilize experienced instructors from
multiple disciplines who provide lectures, hands-on bio-skills training utilizing
fluoroscopic guidance, small didactic groups, one-on-one instructor interaction
and participant question time to create a holistic learning platform.
Performing cervical interventional procedures is not simply moving from the back
to the neck; the structures present a completely new skill set and a higher
level of precision and care. This course has been developed as an introductory
to cervical injections. Containing 7 hours of lecture and didactic time, 9
hours of hands-on training, and 1 hour of time dedicated to one-on-one instructor
questions and answers. This course provides the foundation blocks for the
Advanced Cervical Course.
